Brother David William Higgins

Brother David William Higgins was one of British Columbia's leading journalists and authors in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

In 1866 he purchased the British Daily Colonist (now the Times-Colonist) from Brother Amor de Cosmos. He was the editor of the Vancouver World in 1906-07.
